“Largely following the design of the questionnaire, the report is broken down into several focus areas: conceptual and practical understandings of corruption;
the extent, location and seriousness of corruption; conditions for and causes of corruption; evaluation of policy responses to fight corruption; evaluation of anti-corruption agencies; and evaluation of anti-corruption strategies. Each of the focus areas documents the main findings of key questions and provides a brief analysis of the data. A number of graphs are provided in the text.”
