“This research intended to support government options to promote non-traditional
exports in line with its exports diversification policy. The research attempted to
provide an indication of the order of priority of Cameroon non-traditional exports by classifying them according to their world market access prospects. The analysis of the competitiveness and profitability determinants revealed that Cameroonian exports in general and non-traditional ones in particular are constrained by tariff and non-tariff barriers, as well as an inadequate national and international
socioeconomic environment.”
