“The main objective of this study is to provide insights into the dynamic linkages between expansion of the national electricity grid and off-grid alternative/renewable sources of electricity and job growth and productivity. The study also seeks to assess the public resources required by the energy sector to galvanize sustained economic performance and attain poverty reduction strategies.
