The main heading of this issue: NIIA and Chatham House, Renewed Partnership. The history of the establishment of the NIIA was revisited when a delegation from the Royal Institute of International Affairs came calling from April 11-15, 2005. During the visit a unique event occured. For the first time outside of the UK, Chatham house launched its flagship journal, International Affairs. During this visit the opportunity was seized to renew the partnership between NIIA and Chatham House. Two roundtable conferences was held as part of the intellectual engagement between the institutes.
