Tradition and Culture: What Has South Africa Achieved in Gender Equality?”, and on 8 October 2015 on “The Role of Chapter Nine Institutions: Have They Fulfilled Their Constitutional Mandate?” Ten recommendations emerged from the two public dialogues. on Chapter Nine Institutions and women’s rights.
