This short report discusses : the Debt Service Payment that Rose Significantly in the Second Half of 2018, it further talks about the Revenue Projections which declined by 26.3% in the Second Half of 2018, the following heading : Foreign Reserve Decline for the 5th Consecutive Time in November 2018 which discusses the gross official foreign reserves which continued to decline.
