“This report sums up the main observations, findings and conclusions of the EISA Missions and makes appropriate recommendations to the relevant stakeholders in the DRC for further improvements. The report will be shared with all electoral stakeholders in the DRC, including the CEI,political parties and CSO’s. In addition, EISA will disseminate the findings of these missions among government authorities, election management bodies and CSOs across the SADC region and the African continent, so that positive lessons can be drawn from the Congolese experience.”
