Charles Quaker-Dokubo has been in the Department of Research and Studies of the Institute since August 1994. He was a member of the Economic Community of West Africa’s technical assistant team to the 1997 special elections in Liberia, where he was in charge of voter registration. He has been a member of several inter-ministerial committees in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and helped in the policy making processes on AFRICOM and the Gulf of Guinea. He specializes in nuclear proliferation, conflict resolution and other areas related to strategic Analysis. Dokubo is currently an Associate Research Professor.
