Mr. Masterson has a Masters in International relations (Wits University), and certificates in M&E from University of Johannesburg, Carleton University (Ottowa), Rhodes University (Grahamstown). He has been the Senior Programme Officer: Governance Institutions and Processes at EISA since 2004. He has published several publications including Peering the peers: Civil society engagement in the African Peer Review Mechanism (2010).
