Ilona Tip has been employed with EISA since its establishment in 1996, initially as the Senior Advisor, Conflict Management, Democracy and Electoral Education, and recently Operations Director. Her experience includes co-ordination and training election observation missions, curriculum development in election, governance and election conflict management, facilitation skills and project management. EISA is a continental organisation working in the field of Elections, Governance and to Democracy. Ilona Tip has a Diploma in Education and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
