CNRG advocates that natural resources should be extracted in a transparent, accountable, community inclusive and bio- sustainable manner. Since its inception in 2012, CNRG holds an impeccable record of tackling difficult issues such as demanding revenue transparency, investigating human rights violations the extractive sector and building the capacity of resource rich communities to speak for themselves. CNRG is a leading campaigner for free, prior, informed and continuous consent of communities regarding natural resource extraction.
