“The budget briefing note provides an assessment of the 2014/15 national (Botswana) budget allocations presented to the Parliament. The main features are discussed with emphasis on the implications for the fiscal and growth strategy given the developmental challenges in the context of Botswana. An evaluation of the resource allocation process in the development and recurrent budget versus the prioritisation
process against growth and development priorities across sectors is conducted.”
