“The Electoral Institute of Southern Africa deployed a regional mission to observe the Malawi parliamentary and presidential elections which were held on 20 May 2004. This is the mission’s report. The report cover the assessment of the electoral process in all its places from the pre-election period through to the voting phase and up to the post-election phase, which includes the announcement of the results.”
