“This report gives the main findings of the mission and makes recommendations to relevant election stakeholders for future elections. The report will be shared with the Independant Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC), political parties that contested the elections and civil society organisations in South Africa as well as with government authorities, election management bodies and civil society organisations across the region, so that lessons can be drawn.”
