“In a broad perspective, this study aimed at documenting ethnoveterinary knowledge and practices among the Kazo pastoral community of Uganda. More specifically, it focused on collecting and identifying the medicinal plant voucher specimens used by the Kazo cattle keepers and retrieving and documenting other ethnoveterinary practices by the Kazo pastoral communities. The main objective of the survey is to identify and record ethnoveterinary medicinal plants and practices used by pastoralists and agro-pastoralists in Kazo County, Mbarara District.”
