In this bulletin the workshop for Dissemination of PRSP Books is highlighted. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate why it is important for Botswana to diversify her export structure. 3) Features of Human Development in sub-Saharan Africa (1993-2005) 4)Sanctions Against Zimbabwe in the New Millennium: Smart or Blanket? The paper examines sanctions that have been
imposed on Zimbabwe by the West since the turn of the new millennium.
