Six months ago (April – October 2017), GRAAD Burkina and GRET Burkina, signed a Memorandum of Understanding, which marked the beginning of a collaboration. Following this agreement, several activities were carried out for the benefit of beneficiaries / partners: MSMEs operating in the field of collection and processing of household waste for GRAAD Burkina, and farmers / gardeners for both GRAAD Burkina and GRET Burkina. In this continuity, on October 12, 2017, the two partner organizations met in the hall of the Mairie de Dédougou, this time to exchange and share experiences with actors in the agroecological / biological sector. The National Council of Organic Agriculture in Burkina Faso (CNABio), the interest group Economic BIOPROTECT, School Farm Association for promotion of sustainable agriculture (APAD Sanguié), all structures involved in the organic sector, were invited to this workshop, in order to discuss their approaches on the problem of organic production and the results achieved. Other partners in the field were also present as participants. / Il y a de cela six mois (avril – octobre 2017), le GRAAD Burkina et le GRET Burkina d’un commun accord, apposaient leur signature sur un protocole d’accord, qui marquait le début d’une collaboration. Suite à cet accord, plusieurs activités furent réalisées au profit des bénéficiaires/partenaires : les MPMEs évoluant dans le domaine de la collecte et la transformation des déchets ménagers pour le GRAAD Burkina, et les agriculteurs/jardiniers à la fois pour le GRAAD Burkina et le GRET Burkina. Dans cette continuité, le 12 octobre 2017, les deux organisations partenaires se sont réunies dans la salle de la Mairie de Dédougou, cette fois pour des échanges et partage d’expériences avec les acteurs de la filière agroécologique/biologique. Le Conseil National de l’Agriculture Biologique au Burkina Faso (CNABio), le Groupement d’intérêt économique BIOPROTECT, la Ferme École de l’Association pour la Promotion d’une Agriculture Durable (APAD Sanguié),toutes des structures intervenant dans la filière biologique, ont été conviées à cet atelier, afin de communiquer sur leurs approches de la problématique de la production biologique et les résultats acquis.
