Better use of surface water for agricultural purposes would contribute to achieving the “Zero Hunger” objective of the 3N Initiative by increasing the production, and therefore the availability, of agricultural products at the local level, job creation and increased income. • L’augmentation de la production, et donc la disponibilité, des produits agricoles à l’échelle locale
