La perte des territoires par les organisations terroristes en Irak et en Syrie ainsi que les traitements que risquent de subir les combattants étrangers s’ils sont arrêtés par le régime syrien ou les combattants du Hachd Acchaabi, les poussera à quitter le terrain des opérations pour retourner chez eux ou rejoindre d’autres foyers de violence.
