This paper is a follow up on a previous talk by Professor Cockram. He addresses the four problems that was discussed ten months earlier but in a different order. The sequence represents the order of importance. The problems are sanctions imposed on Rhodesia by Britain and the United Nations and how they survived that, Rhodesian-British negotiations, constitutional problems and finally terrorism.
