Zambia’s President Chiluba was expected to make positive changes for the good of Zambia. However he has antagonised virtually all of Zambia’s partners and his conduct with regard to foreign affairs can only be described as disastrous. This report describes the diplomatic situation in Zambia under President Chiluba.
