After a little more than two decades of triennial summits, and in a worrying global context, highlighted by the Covid-19 pandemic, the deterioration of the economic situation, the acceleration of vaccination campaigns, the decline in funding for infrastructure, debt, etc., is important for African countries in the post-Covid period. The agenda of the 2021 edition of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (Focac) is particularly important for African countries in the post-Covid period. / Après un peu plus de deux décennies de sommets triennaux, et dans un contexte mondial préoccupant, marqué par la pandémie de Covid-19, allant de la détérioration de la situation économique, l’accélération des campagnes de vaccination, le recul du financement pour les infrastructures, la dette… etc. L’agenda de l’édition 2021 du Forum sur la coopération sino-africaine (Focac), se révèle d’une importance certaine pour les pays africains dans la période post-Covid.
